I’ve been using this product for a week or two now and so far so good. My anxiety has been manageable through a break up and I would like to thank the makers of this product for helping me be able to make it through this. I am naturally a very anxious and nervous person but I’ve been able to calm down some and focus on how I am going to move foreword instead of how bad the past was.

I took one capsule and felt nothing so I’m not sure if there is a cumulative effect or if 1 tablet is ineffective.
